This is an outstanding 1820's era Militia eagle belt buckle.  This example has a beautiful dark bronze patina.  High points show some wear to details.   The buckle's casting is very good and undamaged.  No makers markings.  Does not have the the catch, buckle only.  It is in fantastic condition and is guaranteed to be 100% original.
