Offered is a Civil War era shoulder board for an infantry Colonel.  Board has a blue cloth center surrounded by bullion wire.  Eagle is also silver colored bullion.  the board measures 3 3/4" by just under 1 1/2" wide.  Reverse has no backing and has some moth damage.  The board is in fantastic condition for its age and is guaranteed to be 100% original.
