Original WWI type II victory medal. Medal has a pin back wrapped broach with original ribbon. It has three bars attached; Aviation, England, and France. Though I have found other examples of this arrangement, the bars do not conform to regulation. I'm not sure if it is an improvised navy award, foreign assembled, or later veteran made. I'm fairly certain it was not done to deceive or as a fantasy piece. All bard appear period original. The "England" bar is stamped "Made in France" on the reverse. Medal is in excellent condition.
