Original M42 helmet.  This helmet was battlefield recovered at least a few years after the war ended.  The shell has bubbling/pitting to the finish. Shell has remnants of snow camo still evident to the exterior of the shell only.  Original color was an apple green which is about 40% intact.  Helmet band is intact with the original leather liner which is still pliable and in fair condition, size 58.  Shell is marked ET66.  No dents or cracks to shell.  Remnant of a name to the back edge.  Nice been there, done that look.
