Original M16 German helmet.  Shell retains the original period paint.  Helmet band is intact, missing the liner.  No dents or cracks to shell.  Evidence shell was field recovered; pitting to the inside and loss of part of the rolled rim.  Exterior appears to have been cleaned up.  Original paint is mostly intact, camouflage is remnant.  Shell is marked L64 on left side.
