WWII Luftwaffe Named Fallschirmjäger Visor Cap
Item: GM1939

Original German Luftwaffe flight NCO's visor cap.  This cap is named to Gefreiter Klug who was a Fallschirmjäger in the 8th company 1st Regiment.  His property tag is on the underside of the sweatband.  This cap has a manufacturer's stamp under the sweatshield for Carl Halfar.  The maker stamps are very faint.  Has a silver frosted eagle and cockade to the front.  Black leather chin strap is fully intact.  Liner and sweat band are intact with ware.  Sweat shield is fully intact.   It is not size marked but, appears to be about 58.  Presents well with a nice shape, stiffener band is intact at the crown.  Crown has a stitched repair about 1/2" long. Very nice looking cap.
