Offered is an original German Heer type 3 Paratrooper badge.  It is the bearded eagle variant.  Badge is two piece construction with diving eagle held in place with two rivets.  Grey metal has lost some of the frosted finish.  Metal has toned to an attractive deep patina.  It is not maker marked.  Pin is intact.  It is slightly bent.  Catch is missing.  Reverse has some bubbling to the metal as would be expected.  Very nice badge.   Guaranteed to be 100% original.
