Silvered zink badge.  Reverse has a vertical needle style pin, with a barrel hinge, and a round wire catch.  Badge is unmarked, measures 59 mm x 44 mm.  Most of its original silver finish has worn off due to age and wear.  Wreath has a break in it between the eagle and the barrel.
