Nice early example.  Silver finish has tarnished.   The stag grips are in very fine condition. The blade is maker marked Carl Julkrebs Solingen.  Has some oxidation and spotting, has beenn tipped.  The scabbard shows some wear, has a few dents to the bottom edge and paint wear.
