WWI German Sawback Butcher Bayonet A.G. 1916
Item: GM5515

Offered is an original WWI German sawback bayonet and scabbard.  Bayonet is maker marked Deutsche Maschinenfabrik A.G. Duisburg on the 14.5" blade.  Edge of blade is 1916 date.  Blade is bright with a few scattered dark spots, still has the factory edge.  Scabbard has a few shallow dents, 90% of the blueing is intact.  Locking button works fine.  Very fine example.
