WWII German HJ Hitler Youth Dagger Knife
Item: GM656

Original and early Hitler Youth dagger.  Bright blade has some dark toning and a few light nicks in the edge.  Blade is maker marked J.A. K & Co. Solingen Ges. Geschutzt and has the motto.  Grips are in excellent condition.  Scabbard has about 50% of the black paint intact.  Leather hanger is in solid condition, maker stamp on the reverse.  The snap is a WWII GI replacement marked "DOT".  Judging by the wear pattern on the pommel, the snap has been in place for a long time.  Missing the leather washer on the ricasso.  Pretty nice piece.
